In this paper, the author presents teaching philosophies that he has been upholding throughout more than 17 years of experience in engineering education. Being an academic tertiary institutions, proposes to place emphasis education knowledge, constant enhancement personal knowledge via life-long learning, and expansion existing knowledge. He also advocates implementation principle parsimony educating students. Since everyone is unique his/her own way, educator should treat students impartially sincerely. Different approaches which were developed from basis these have proposed. The include keeping explanations simple, predicting questions answers, ensuring flow managed a gradual, systematic, progressive manner, introducing metaphors, similes, analogies assist pace using graphical and/or video illustrations, as well as, organizing site visits. stresses importance cultivating interests among This can be achieved by constantly engaging with students, atmosphere collegial, sharing real-life experience, incorporating fun activities classes, encouraging transcend beyond requirements set educators. It worthwhile noting that, are periodically reviewed for continuous improvements.
